As you Know so well, it's been quite an extensive process, since the maintenance had long been deferred. But from the first day to the last, I have been truly impressed with the expertise and professionalism of your company. You're personable foreman and crew arrived each morning like clockwork and went right to work setting up fo the next day so diligently that my neighbors even commented. I really appreciated all that extensive surface preparation the crew undertook. (The transition through the former paint layer identities was a startling experience!)

Then after all the scraping, they confirmed, and made sure I was satisfied with the paint colors and color placement I had specified, offering that if I changed my mind, they would be happy to accomodate me. I took the opportunity to talk regularly with them about the progress and decisions that arose. As the job was being completed, they inquired carefully about any final changes I wanted. Since I'd never had a house painted before, their interest in my being pleased with the job was a real comfort. I felt that the house was in such good hands during the process, and it appears that I've received a sound and lasting paint job.
